Please note that while this retreat is a profound journey for personal growth and spiritual alignment, this is not therapy. Cancellation Policy
1. The Group Agreement & Consultation This journey is about breaking old agreements made with oneself and creating new ones. This requires honesty, deep reflection, and collective care. You will do this work within a group, which requires authenticity. To do this we require a brief consultation with each participant and a Group meeting prior to the journey. 2. Deposit Requirements Once the Consultation is complete and the agreement is drafted, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your journey. 3. Cancellation & Refund Terms We pour extensive resources into preparing for your arrival, securing local staff, and arranging specific accommodations. The 30-Day Threshold: No refunds are available for any reason within 30 days of the scheduled event. At this stage, all financial and logistical commitments to our partners and vendors have been finalized. Prior to 30 Days: Refund eligibility for the remaining balance (minus the non-refundable deposit) is governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed Sacred Agreement contract.
