Momma Bey [Isis Bey, LCSW, CCTP II, TTS]

Founder, Owner, Trainer, Consultant Helper and Healer

Momma Bey is the founder and owner of IAB Consulting LLC, Harmony Health Therapeutic Services and an Adjunct Professor with multiple Universities. Ms. Bey, a licensed mental health therapist, is also an NC Supervisor for Clinical Social Workers. She is currently a PhD Student in Public Health with a focus on behavioral health. Momma Bey is working on developing research models to test the healing model she designed.

She is a national trainer and consultant. Ms. Bey completed her Graduate education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has over 28 years of experience working with children and families and training. She is Nationally Certified as an Advanced Level Complex Trauma Clinician, Gang Specialist, Triple P Parent Provider, and TF-CBT National Trainer/Supervisor/Consultant. She is a Tobacco Treatment Specialist [TTS].

Her training/consulting/practice experience includes [not limiting to] Trauma [inc Racial, Transgenerational], Advocacy, African Centered Approaches, Community Organizing and Activism, Ethics, Holistic Healing Practices, Somatic Experiencing, Energy Healing, Implicit Bias, Systematic Disparities, Anti-Racism, Group Therapy, Child Welfare, Parent Education, Criminal Justice, Gang Intervention, Human Trafficking, Domestic and Teen Dating Violence.

Momma Bey is also an Energy Healer. She has over 25 years of experience in African traditional healing modalities.

Momma Bey has program development experience in behavioral health, mental health private practice, healing circles, wellness events, policies and procedures, organizational change, and human resource development.

Sis San

She is the owner of Crystals and Thingz and shares her passion in the healing arts and partnering in our trauma work offering a holistic experience. She is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist providing Tobacco Recovery Services in English and Spanish. She is also certified in Triple P Positive Parenting and offers services in English and Spanish.

As a Certified Reiki Master and Certified Crystal Healer, she provides unconditional compassion to all who seek it. She completed her training at The International Center for Reiki Training at the Master Level of Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Ryoho I, II, and III degrees. She has worked in the Energy Work with children, adolescents, and adults. Ms. Maldonado’s experience in this field includes but is not limited to, working primarily with individuals coping with anxiety, stress, and depression.

She offers Reiki I & II, guided meditation, mindfulness-based activities, parenting, tobacco related, and other wellness workshops for groups and organizations.

Sis Lex

Lex graduated from Winthrop University with her Master's of Social Work and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her Bachelor's degree at UNC Chapel Hill in Athletic Training and Psychology. She is also a current cohort member for Parent Child-Interaction Therapy [PCIT], which is an evidence-based trauma modality for children aged 2-6 ½ and their caregivers. Lex has experience in clinical assessment and individual and group therapy. She is a trained facilitator in The Live Respect Healthy Masculinity Curriculum. She is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and offers individual and group treatment and training for adults and adolescents.

She utilizes movement and other holistic healing methods in her therapeutic work. As a Wellness provider, she is a Reiki II practitioner, a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Dance Instructor. Lex has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She offers community tobacco cessation groups for adolescents. She also provides workshops for Meditation, Yoga, and Movement for Organizations, Corporations, or your Community Group. She is the founder and owner of Move to Heal, LLC, which is a holistic wellness organization that provides chakra-guided yoga flows, meditations, and wellness tips for the community.

Sis Shay

Ashayla Patterson, owner and founder of Shay Sharee, is a creative who currently resides in North Carolina. Shay Sharee provides Creative Arts for the Culture in the areas of original artwork, sewn accessories, hand-crafted jewelry, and natural skincare products.

In 2017, in an effort to re-discover her passion and purpose, Shay decided to revisit what she enjoyed doing as a child - being creative. She birthed Shay Sharee by making jewelry and sewing. Eventually, she added her drawing skills and taught herself how to paint. During the pandemic, she also began crafting natural soaps, lip balms, and body butter. All the products are handmade, and the art is a visual representation of experiences that people of color can relate to.

She offers sip-and-paint events, jewelry-making, and crafting workshops for individuals, groups, and organizations to promote team building, creativity, and connection.
