Cancellation Policy

1. The Spiritual Consultation Before a Sacred Agreement can be executed, the primary organizer or individual must undergo a Spiritual Consultation. Fee: $25 2. Booking Timeline Due to the intricate nature of these accommodations and the scaffolding required for a successful event, all Sacred Agreements must be fully booked and the contract executed at least three (3) months in advance of the scheduled start date. 3. Deposit Requirements Once the Spiritual Consultation is complete and the agreement is drafted, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. Group Scaling: Deposit amounts are calculated based on the total size of your group. Security: Your dates are not protected or held until both the signed contract and the non-refundable deposit are received. 4. Cancellation & Refund Terms We pour extensive resources into preparing for your arrival, securing local staff, and arranging specific accommodations. The 30-Day Threshold: There are no refunds for any reason within 30 days of the scheduled event. At this stage, all financial and logistical commitments to our partners and vendors have been finalized. Prior to 30 Days: Refund eligibility for the remaining balance (minus the non-refundable deposit) is governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed Sacred Agreement contract.
