Cancellation Policy

At IAB Wellness and Consulting LLC, we provide strategic guidance tailored to your organization's unique scale. Whether you are an individual entrepreneur or a large-scale corporation, our goal is to provide high-impact wellness solutions that fit your budget and objectives. 1. Scope of Service & Communication To maintain the integrity of our consulting hours and ensure focused delivery, our hourly rates and packages do not include unscheduled emails, phone calls, or other requests outside the formal consulting block. Administrative/Out-of-Session Work: Any significant research, document review, or extensive email correspondence requested between sessions will be billed at the applicable hourly rate or deducted from your package balance with prior notice. 2. Booking & Confirmation Contract First: As with our workshops, a signed contract is required before any consulting services begin. Securing Dates: Your session time is not confirmed until the contract is executed. Payment: A Deposit is due is due at the time of service. The Balance is due upon completion of the package. An invoice will be sent. You can make payments at any time between service initiation and completion. 3. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Your appointment is a dedicated time slot reserved exclusively for your organization. When a session is missed without notice, it prevents us from serving other clients. 1. Definition of a "No-Show." A "No-Show" occurs if: The client fails to arrive or log in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. The client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice (for Consulting) or 72 hours' notice (for Workshops/Trainings). 2. No-Show Fees Consulting Sessions: No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full hourly rate of the scheduled session. If using an hourly package, one hour will be deducted from your remaining balance. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings. The full fee for the scheduled duration will still apply. Note: We understand that true emergencies happen. One-time waivers for documented emergencies may be granted at the sole discretion of IAB Wellness and Consulting LLC management.
