Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Trainings & Workshops **NOTE The DATE You Select on the Website to BOOK, Is NOT the SERVICE DATE! It's the Day you are SUBMITTING YOUR BOOKING!** Thank you for choosing IAB Wellness and Consulting LLC for your professional development needs. To ensure a seamless experience and to secure your preferred dates, please adhere to the following booking procedures. From the date you submit this booking, someone from the booking team will respond with THREE [3] business days. Please be sure your Proposed date is at least 2 WEEKS in advance. Once you submit your booking, you can inquire about any cancellations to move your date forward. The path from inquiry to engagement follows a three-step process: 1. Booking Process Consultation & Proposal: After discussing your needs, we will outline the scope of the training or workshop. The Contract: A formal service agreement will be sent to the primary contact. This document contains the full legal terms, scope of work, and specific deliverables. The Invoice: Once the contract is signed, an invoice for the total service fee will be generated and sent. 2. Securing Your Date Please note that dates are not held or guaranteed until the formal contract has been signed by both parties. Inquiries and verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking. To avoid scheduling conflicts, we recommend signing the contract promptly upon receipt. 3. Payment Terms While the contract outlines the specific financial obligations, our standard payment policy is as follows: Due Date: All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in your individual contract. Methods: Payment instructions will be clearly detailed on your electronic invoice. Travel is NOT included in the workshop fee. Costs are based on distance from Mecklenburg County Metro Area, NC. For NC requests, standard Per diem rates apply, unless otherwise noted. Airfare is based on cost at the time of booking. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Detailed information on cancellation windows, rescheduling fees, and non-refundable deposits (if applicable) is in your Service Contract. We encourage all requestors to review these sections thoroughly before signing. Note: This policy serves as a general overview. In the event of any discrepancy between this page and your signed Service Contract, the terms of the Service Contract shall prevail.
