Cancellation Policy

Supervision is the relationship between supervisor and supervisee that promotes the development of responsibility, skill, knowledge, attitudes, and ethical standards in the practice of mental health licensed provider treatment. The priority in the supervision process is accountability for client care within the parameters and ethical standards of the NC State Mental Health Professions listed. For pricing: 1st Year Associate [up to first year of practice] 2nd + year Associate [beyond first year of practice] Individual Supervision will be provided individually in a face-to-face or live video session 1 hour per every 30 clinical hrs completed for NC LCSWA’s. NC Associate Licensed Counselors must complete 1 hour for every 40 clinical hrs completed. Group Supervision will be provided a 90 min face-to-face or live video session for up to 10 members. No more than 25 Group hours may be counted towards NC Social Work Licensure Supervision requirements. NC Counselor Associates must check their state board requirements. The supervisee will present case material, receive feedback from the supervisor and peers [during group], mutually analyze the material presented, and demonstrate skill. Supervisees can address ethical, clinical, professional development or developmental concerns during supervision. The supervisor may obtain information on the supervisee’s performance by verbal report (case presentation), observation (being physically present), role-play, and/or review of written case records. Payment is due within 5 days of service. If an outstanding balance remains, services will be halted until the unpaid balance is paid. No documentation will be sent to the board on your behalf. If outstanding balances are not paid within 30 days of halted services, services will be terminated.
