Go or Grow is an opportunity to align and amend your values with your systems and procedures. We partner with you to help you uncover implicit bias, outdated frameworks, and unintentional barriers, then build updated language and structures that support a just and welcoming workplace. We also assist with policy development and decolonizing, trauma-informed and healing-centered practices.
Cancellation Policy
At IAB Wellness and Consulting LLC, we provide strategic guidance tailored to your organization's unique scale. Whether you are an individual entrepreneur or a large-scale corporation, our goal is to provide high-impact wellness solutions that fit your budget and objectives. 1. Requirements & Booking Mandatory Consultation: Because of the intensive nature of systemic work, a prior consultation is required to determine the appropriate package size and project scope. 2. Booking & Confirmation Contract First: As with our workshops, a signed contract is required before any consulting services begin. Securing Dates: Your session time is not confirmed until the contract is executed. Payment: A Deposit is due is due at the time of service. The Balance is due upon completion of the package. An invoice will be sent. You can make payments at any time between service initiation and completion. A Calendar Link will be sent to sign up for the Consultation Sessions based on your package level. 3. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Your appointment is a dedicated time slot reserved exclusively for your organization. When a session is missed without notice, it prevents us from serving other clients. 1. Definition of a "No-Show." A "No-Show" occurs if: The client fails to arrive or log in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. The client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice (for Consulting) or 72 hours' notice (for Workshops/Trainings). 2. No-Show Fees Consulting Sessions: No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full hourly rate of the scheduled session. If using an hourly package, one hour will be deducted from your remaining balance.
